I began as a teacher at Baxter Alternative Learning Center in September 2001 and it has been a unique, wonderful experience. I was born in Nashville and remained here for college. I received a B.A. from Fisk University in Biology and a M.S. from Tennessee State University in Biology. I have received 30+ hours in education from Tennessee State University. I am certified to teach Biology grades 7-12. My goal is to teach students that education is the key to becoming productive adults.
