Billy Fellman became principal at Baxter ALC on October 23, 2006.  He graduated from Dupont High School, received a A.S. degree from Volunteer State, a B.S. from Tennessee State University and a M.Ed. from Trevecca College. Before becoming assistant principal at Head Magnet School, Mr. Fellman taught special education for 12 years at Pearl-Cohn Comprehensive High School.
