Baxter Alternative Learning center has a devoted faculty, staff, and administration. Baxter ALC employs thirteen full-time teachers and one part-time teacher covering 51 subject areas. In addition Baxter ALC has one principal, one guidance counselor, one full-time behavior specialist, one secretary, one office clerk, one educational assistant, two campus security officers, and two custodians.
